Tyranny Wins Again

Tyranny is defined as an "arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power." The United States is a tyranny under even a loose interpretation of that definition.

One way in which America arbitrarily exercises power, and thus demonstrates its tyrannical nature is by detaining citizens to check their identification and reasons for being present somewhere. In Leesburg, Florida for example the federal government recently used military weapons, uniforms, and tactics to restrain citizens trying to enter the Social Security Administration office. Its stated justification for the raid was "detecting the presence of unauthorized persons and potentially disruptive or dangerous activities.” How transparent can you get. No the real reason was a show of force; against law-abiding innocent citizens. The terrorists here are employees of the federal government. Period.

I must admit that this is quite shocking to me. Not because Obama's administration is terrorizing American citizens,many of us expected that, but because citizens are tolerating it. They are peacefully and willingly showing their ID when an armed security force demands it. I won't. I, for one, remember the lessons of World War II. Shoot me, sick the dogs on me, beat me with the butt of your assault rifle but I won't bow to tyrants.

So here is my open invitation to the Department of Homeland Security and all other federal agencies that think they can control my daily movements. Come to Salt Lake City and try setting up a checkpoint. I dare you and warn you it will not end well. You may get away with terrorizing elderly people trying to get federal benefits but you will start a war if you push the citizens of this country much farther.

American Kristallnacht -- Coming Soon

One of the hallmarks of a dictatorship is the ability of the reining government to arrest and execute its subjects without justification and without oversight. Conversely, just and righteous governments are strictly limited in such matters having only the power to arrest persons with sufficient grounds and execution powers are strictly limited by multiple, burdensome safeguards to protect innocent people. Guess which one America has now become.

The answer is pretty clear if you are paying attention. The FBI has already branded you a possible enemy combatant for simply buying disaster preparation supplies, paying for food with cash, and changing your clothes. Now, Obama has granted himself the power to kill you. That makes America a dictatorship no matter how much you try to limit the definition and no matter how far you stretch the so-called "war on terror" excuse. Moreover, according to Jeh Johnson, an attorney for the Obama administration has said, "only the executive branch, not the courts, are equipped to make decisions about who qualifies as an enemy."

No kidding America. The executive branch, meaning the President, can kill you and only the executive branch can determine whether or not that murder is justified. And as I pointed out in my last post, Congress is seeking to repeal the entire Bill of Rights and replace it with military rule over American citizens on American soil. If these incredible power grabs by your government do not send chills down your spine and conjure up images of Kristallnacht style military death squads roaming our streets then you are a fool.

No, I don't care if that offends you. It is foolish to conclude that a government claiming the power to arbitrarily execute its own subjects as enemy combatants and to use military force on its own soil to enforce that right won't use such power. That is patently ignorant. No government in history has ever wielded such power without exercising it.

American Civil War -- Coming Soon

The United States of America is about to start a civil war. This is no joke. Congress is trying to pass bill that would allow the United States military to arrest American citizens on American soil without probable cause and without any consideration of any other Constitutional requirements.

You want the right to due process? Not in America!
You want the right to be secure in your private affairs? Not in America!
You want the right to a jury trial? Not in America!
You want any freedom at all? Not in America!
You want a righteous uncorrupted government? Not a chance in America!

This is Congress declaring war on the American people. If you are not already armed and willing to fight these tyrants then you are already dead. And if this total usurpation of the entire Bill of Rights is not enough to trigger a civil war in this country then nothing will.

By the way, for those who think there is a two-party system in this country, check this out. John McCain co-authored this bill.

And one final point. This type of tyranny is why the oft-ignored Third Amendment is so CRUCIAL to the survival of this country. Not allowing troops to be quartered among us is the core of every other right guaranteed by the Constitution which -- if anyone is keeping score or waiting for a sign -- is now officially hanging by a thread.

TSA Parody is Verbotten

The Transportation Security Administration is mad at us lowly subjects and now Congress has stood by their loving Gestapo.

No kidding, congress is considering a bill that would outlaw any parody of the TSA.

Apparently, they want to harass and molest us without fear of backlash from Saturday Night Live.

Well, I have news for you TSA and congress; piss off. If this bill passes I will make TSA videos, sell TSA t-shirts, and just generally mock the TSA every chance I get. I will paint my car in TSA colors with mocking slogans and drive around at the airport if necessary to make my point.

You are declaring war on not only the First Amendment but on common sense. I accept your declaration of war and I bet thousands of others will also accept.

And by the way, a righteous government would never be afraid of criticism. Hitler was though.

Geez Burgermeister, Just Ban All of the Toys Already

The European Union has almost banned toys. I say go ahead and ban them all you morons.

Under new EU regulations children are banned from blowing up balloons or blowing into party whistles. The new regulations also regulate magnetic fishing games and teddy bears too. Yes, I know this is so ridiculous it sounds like I am making it up, but I am not.

This is something to take very seriously despite the ludicrous nature of the regulations. Any governmental agency that seeks to micromanage your life should be summarily and permanently abolished. Whether or not my child blows a whistle, inflates a balloon, or owns a non-washable teddy bear is my decision not yours. Government should not feel empowered to raise my children and if it is willing to make these types of regulations it is willing to do literally anything in the name of safety.

For example, why not euthanize any children in a family over one, the elderly, and disabled people in the name of safety. They are the ones getting hurt more often so they, like balloons and whistles, should be eliminated. No more broken hips, siblings bumping heads together, or back injuries pushing your spouse's wheelchair around sounds like the EU's version of a safe society.

Why not just mandate everyone wear helmets at all times and outlaw tanning beds, sports, and motor vehicles altogether if you really want safety. No, once again the government is lying. This is not about safely it is about tyranny and to that I say, mission accomplished.

Impeach Already -- Murder is a High Crime Isn't It?

Impeach Obama already. He has clearly acted against the best interests of the United States and its allies and he has reduced its citizens to mere subjects of his crown. What more do you need?

How about MURDER. That's right he ordered and carried out the premeditated murder of an American citizen. That counts as a high crime or misdemeanor to me.

What you subjects need to care about most, however, is now that Obama has murdered an American citizen and refuses to produce ANY legal justification for doing so. His administration has created a precedent that allows the United States President to kill ANYONE for any reason. Yes all capitals is appropriate here. I am shouting this one until Obama kills me. It is only a matter of time after all.

If it is legal for the president to murder anyone he chooses, this country is not even arguably free. Even King George and most modern dictators bother with a mock trial before killing their subjects. Obama has not even tried to legally justify his actions. Wait for the cover-up though. It is surely coming.

I Fought the Law and I Won

I got pulled over yesterday on purpose to prove a point. You see, every couple of days a cop goes flying past me on the freeways. They are typically going 15 to 20 MPH over the limit but I have clocked them at higher. Normally, when this happens I get behind them and follow at their high speeds. Maybe my speedometer is wrong or something. The last one was last week and he was going as fast as 95 MPH on I-80 where the limit is 75. None of these guys are on emergencies by the way. They run without lights or sirens and are typically going home. I follow them on occasion and carry a scanner to verify there is no emergency.

The simple fact is these cops are corrupt. They swore to uphold the law and then flagrantly break it every day.

So, my story. This cop yesterday was coming up behind me going at least 95 to 100 MPH in a 75 MPH zone. The kicker is that I could not move over because I was passing cars. I held my speed at 80 MPH and he tailgated, swerved, and as I found out later even blew an air horn I never heard. Nonetheless I did not move. After four miles traffic was finally clear enough for me to move over and as I did he pulled me over. It was awesome! This jackass was so pissed that I prevented him from breaking the speeding laws that he actually wasted time pulling me over to lecture me. What a yokel.

This corrupt cop told me I cannot stay in the fast lane for that long but did not give me a ticket. If he had I would have gladly fought it and also would have made this issue very public, expensive, and embarrassing for him. For years I have kept a log of speeding cops and I am fully excited about using it someday to make my point. Anyway, I have no intention of giving a damn about this cop until the next time I see him speeding by. Then I will log it and call 911.

I did however send the following email to the Utah Highway Patrol.

"Almost every day I see police officers driving well over the speed limit. What should I do about it? Typically, they are in the fast lane, no lights or siren on, and going 10 to 25 MPH over the posted limit. They tailgate to move others out of the way and stay in the fast lane even when
not passing. And, no they are not on emergency calls. They are either going to the station or home after their shift. I use a scanner and sometimes follow them so I can testify they are not on calls."

"Do you want me to call 911 every time I see it as your website states we should do for other reckless drivers? Should I start a public awareness campaign and get everyone else
to report these dangerous drivers? Should I contact the media? Should I publish a list of these offenders to local defense attorneys for impeachment evidence? Should I start
doing GRAMA requests for the disciplinary records of each officer I see driving recklessly? Should I contact the legislature or Governor's office and demand they pass new
laws with strict punishments for these offenders? Is there anything I can do at all that will help these officers understand that they too must obey the laws they swore an oath to uphold?"

"Please help. This is a serious problem."

If I get a response to my email I will post it here. My guess is that the corrupt cops will simply protect their corrupt cop brothers. I am seriously tempted to start a public campaign asking everyone who sees a cop speeding without lights and/or siren to call 911 or perhaps a non-emergency line every time. I bet that would result in dozens, if not hundreds of calls every day. That kind of public pressure is just what we need to stop these jack-booted speeding thugs.

Teamsters Declare War -- Republicans Accept

Jimmy Hoffa, the current head of the Teamsters Union just declared war on Republicans. After that declaration of war he added, "President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march. Let's take these son of bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong."

Of course what he means about where America belongs is as a socialist state run by unions and Marxist special interests. He means he wants more power.

As for his declaration of war. To that I say bring it on. It is Republicans that pay taxes, earn their living in life, educate themselves and their children, and have a strong work ethic. They also keep and bear arms. Democrats are the one sucking the welfare and medicaid systems dry, have zero work ethic, refuse to educate themselves, and do not pay taxes. They also don't own as many guns.

If the war between Republicans and Democrats is actually an armed conflict as Hoffa suggests, the Democrats can't possibly win. They are unarmed, uneducated, lazy, and ignorant. If the war is economic Republicans win again. They are the ones who create wealth and thus jobs for these idiot Teamsters. If it is political Republicans win again since they are most of the 50% of the population that actually pays taxes. The one scenario Democrats can win is if this so-called war is a contest to see who can sit on their lazy asses, obtaining their sustenance from welfare, waiting for Obama to pay their mortgages, and watching daytime TV. Republicans cannot win a contest of watching Oprah, Maury, and soap operas for eight hours a day. They are too busy working to support the rest of the country. Suck it Hoffa.

Bug Out Bags and 72 Hour Kits

I firmly believe in preparing for disasters but I have noticed a lot of people are going overboard on their bug out bags. For those if you not familiar with the concept, a bug out bag is a kit of supplies and tools a person prepares in advance of and in preparation for an emergency.

I have seen numerous kits on the Internet and most are way too big, heavy, and bulky. Many contain as much as 40 to 50 pounds of survival supplies. Some are even more over-packed. The people preparing these kits seem to be missing the point. If you need to bug out you need to be mobile and capable of easily adapting to rapidly changing and often violent conditions. It is not the time to have 50 pounds of crap to lug around.

Now let me be clear. I am not talking about 72 hour kits. I am talking about a simple bug out bag to provide a way to get home or to another safe location. These are small bags to grab in a sudden unforeseen emergency such as an earthquake or terrorist attack. In contrast, 72 hour kits should be much more complete and in contemplation of a one to three day escape in response to a sudden but expected disaster such as tornadoes, floods, and hurricanes. These are anticipated events that allow and indeed require larger loads.

So here are my complaints and suggestions.

Firearms: Many bug out bags have handguns and ammunition. To this I say why? Not why does your bag need a firearm but why aren't you already carrying one. My bug out bag does not contain a gun because I already have it on me -- ALWAYS. My bag does carry extra ammunition however since lugging around ten pounds of ammunition every day would be ridiculous.

Rope: Seriously why would you need rope to travel from work to home in a disaster or from home to a family member's home? Now in a 72 hour kit this is a must. Rope is used for almost anything you can think of in a prolonged situation in the wilderness but in an urban environment it is virtually useless.

Water Purification: This seems like a really great idea until you see how much they cost and consider that it is also virtually useless on a short escape. Think about it. If you are at work and a terrorist attack occurs you don't need anything more than bottled water or two to be fine in most situations. I have water at work in my refrigerator and can always put it in my bag if I go mobile but it makes no sense to load it up any sooner.

Food: Other than a granola bar or two it is the same as water. It is simply not needed in a short-term escape.

Military Style Packs: Even if you disregard my advice on the other items this one is just simply not to be ignored. Do not use a military style pack for your bug out bag. You will attract all kinds of attention you don't want. Use a simple college student style pack, computer bag, or diaper bag to blend in better. Military packs are a sure way for law enforcement and others to single you out of a crowd. If you don't want to be arrested or robbed then blend in.

Matches and Other Fire Starters: Again, in a 72 hour kit indispensable, but in a bug out bag, useless unless you smoke.

Jackets: I drive a car 5 months out of the year and it has a jacket inside. When I ride my motorcycles the other 7 months I wear a motorcycle jacket. In my office I have a sweater and hoodie-style sweatshirt. I certainly have no need for a separate jacket in a bag.

Compass: How could a compass possibly help you navigate an urban environment? You have buildings or mountains for orientation and if you have lived in the same place for more than a few weeks then you should know the area well enough for a compass to be totally useless.

Silver and Gold: People pack this for barter thinking it will be useful in a short-term escape. "Excuse me sir," you expect to say to the man fleeing a smoking building. "Will you take this silver coin in exchange for a ride?" Get real. Cash is king if you need fuel, food, or water. People in panic mode are not going to give you anything for a coin they have never seen before even if you tell them its really, really valuable.

My bug out bag is a small shoulder-bag and is designed to get me from work to home or to travel quickly to another location. It contains extra ammunition, a small first aid kit, cash, a small flashlight, lock picks, and a small knife. What else could it possibly need for its mission. Since my gun is already on my hip and my wallet, telephone, and keys are also with me at all times, little else is really needed. Indeed, all I really need to get home in a disaster is enough fuel and I am good. Everything else is really icing on the cake.

My advice to those planning to bug out with 50 pounds of military equipment is that you need to compartmentalize and prioritize better. Use a separate 72 hour kit for your tents, axes, rifles, sleeping bags, and 7 gallon water jugs. A bug out bag should be light, compact, and easily concealable. You are going for a Jack Bauer type kit for a bug out bag. Get out and get to safety quick is the idea. Your bug out bag is not for hunkering down. Now get packing already.

Unstoppable = Uncrappable

I just saw the movie Unstoppable with Denzel Washington and Chris Pine and I have a few complaints (and really bad puns) because it completely sucked. Completely.

1. Cinematography? The worst thing since the headache inducing Borne series. Seriously, I hate shakey-cam and this movie took it to a whole new level by adding rotating and zooming shots with the camera flying around and toward everyone and everything. And then the moron of a director actually shot half the scenes through reflective glass making each shot suck that much more. The photography was so bad I actually felt nauseated watching this train wreck of a movie.
2. Plot? Nope, not even close. A train runs away and gets stopped in the nick of time. Nothing to see here people. Move along.
3. Character development? No again. Indeed, these characters were so badly developed I actually got to where I wanted them all to die in a horrible crash. Spoiler alert -- they don't.
4. Good action? Not even close. A train runs away and crashes into a few things randomly left on the track. Lame. YouTube has better crashes.
5. Believable and/or enjoyable dialog? No way. Old guy argues with new guy until they inevitably bond. Snore.
6. Realism. Not even close. It took no less than 3 impossible mistakes to even get the train moving on its own and once it did people kept inexplicably putting things in its path to be inevitably destroyed. It's like the morons forgot a train was even coming. Seriously, in what reality would cops park their cars in a perfect line right next to a runaway train and the useless devices clamped to the tracks to stop it? If cops in real life were half as inept in real life and they are in movies I would never pull over for them again. Oh, I almost forgot the magic raindrops. Not only did they appear on the windows of the train and no where else without any rain ever taking place (probably a global warming thing) but they never moved or dripped despite the 75 mph winds. Does that happen when you drive in the rain? It doesn't to me either.
7. Propaganda? Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner. This movie was so filled with liberal propaganda I almost tore my baby seal leather jacket in laughter. Not only does a black woman run the rail yard but the problem was created in the first place by a white hillbilly moron. At least it wasn't a drunk Indian. And then all the male, white, middle-aged, and overweight corporate executives play golf and calculate the loss of profits rather than adopting homeless puppies. It was transparent in its political agenda to say the least.

I could go on to complain but I seriously want to pretend this movie never happened. Has Denzel ever made a really good movie? Ever? Think about it.

Chris Pine was in this movie. Oh how I pined for it to end.

America's Credit Rating is C+

In case you missed it for the first time in history Standard and Poor's lowered the credit rating of the United States last week from AAA to AA+. Now, in retaliation Obama's corrupt administration is targeting S&P in the mortgage securities scandal the liberal lawmakers created.

Yes, I once again accused Obama and the ruling elite liberals of blatant corruption. And the facts cannot be sincerely or reasonably disputed. Liberal lawmakers CREATED the mortgage crisis, profited from it personally, and already got away with blaming Republicans and now they want to blame S&P for the crisis. Short of murdering and imprisoning innocent citizens (which is certainly coming soon) a government cannot be more corrupt. "Disagree with us and we will investigate and destroy you." Not quite the transparency Obama lied about creating is it?

So to these liberal corrupt a-holes I say enough and issue my own credit rating for this country. So after no ado whatsoever here it is. The official 12 Foot Pole credit rating for the country of the United States of America is, wait for it, C+.

Sorry for the low rating America but you suck. And just so you know, until you pay off your debt, completely prohibit income taxation, and eliminate all entitlement programs you will never reach a 12 Foot Pole rating of AAA.

Investigate that.

Tree of Liberty

The American government is completely and irrevocably corrupt. The solution to such corruption is as Thomas Jefferson once said, "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." So where are you America? Where are the protests? Where is the outrage?

Yes, I am livid that this government just approved increasing the debt ceiling. I am even more livid that they are so corrupt they did so without making any real cuts and after we elected a slew of conservatives based solely on their promises to fight this sort of corruption. Maybe since they didn't pinky promise we should cut them some slack.

It is unbelievable that everyone from the guy down the street to the largest corporation somehow has to live within their means but government never even attempts to do so. How dare they take more from us and then lie to us about their intentions. In the colonial age even hinting at this kind of oppression would have resulted in mass marches on the capital and a widespread refusal to pay these oppressive and misused taxes. A righteous government would never even consider, let alone repeatedly pass measures that abuse the very people to which it is supposed to be accountable. Yet here we are.

These crooks so eagerly subject us to to increased regulation and taxation without any accountability at all that the only way to describe what they are doing to us is enslaving us. There is no other argument to counter that point. The American government fits the description of tyranny to the letter. It never gets smaller or less oppressive; EVER.

If it weren't for the ignorant masses being distracted by drugs, sex, television, and the Internet America might actually be able to fight back. Don't hold your breath though. Since only half the population pays taxes while the other half collects entitlement checks its no wonder we have an ignorant, narcissistic, criminal a-hole for a president. No one even seems to notice let alone care. A generation of intoxicated single parents seems to be running the country from their government-funded housing. How else can such ignorance and apathy be explained?

By raising this debt ceiling and refusing to make cuts Obama and your newly elected congress that was supposed to oppose him, have dramatically compromised your future, bound you to repay hundreds of thousands of dollars you haven't even earned yet, and outright destroyed the American dream.

So suck it America. Until you are are ready to refresh the tree of liberty, suck it.

The King has Spoken -- No Social Security for You

Obama is now threatening to withhold Social Security payments if the Republicans do not approve an increase in the already comically bloated debt ceiling. Make no mistake about the severity of this stand-off. This is a critical turning point in our government. If The Republicans give in to Obama's threats ---and they eventually will--- it will destroy the party. Once the media spins this as the Republicans causing the problem and not Obama the pressure to cave will soon break their rubber spines.

And how dare Obama hold our money hostage. This egotistical maniac really thinks our taxes belong to him to pay out by the billions to his supporters and to coerce us into supporting his evil master plan. This moron actually thinks he is our king.

Here is my advice to Obama. Don't pay out Social Security. We will help our seniors get by. We have been expecting the Social Security system to collapse anyway and we are prepared to take the financial hit. Do it. I dare you. The political ramifications are more than you can bear. Re-election will be impossible and you will be cementing your place in history as the worst president in American history. Carter step aside, the king has spoken.

Seriously, Impeach This Criminal

Obama solicited donations for his 2012 presidential campaign from the White House. That act is plainly illegal under the United States Code resulting in its plain language of a fine of up to $5000.00 or three years imprisonment.

Obama has violated the law again and eagerly asserts that his obviously illegal actions are somehow not illegal. No, he doesn't care. He and his wife are too busy vacationing and partying to care about little things like violating federal campaign laws.

This guy is like a three-year-old with cake smeared on her face and hands insisting that she did not eat any cake. How is this country so stupid that they tolerate this dictator for a president?

Now if it does not seem serious to you that Obama violated this law consider the publicly and outrage that would occur if George Bush had done the exact same thing. Also consider that Obama is seeking political donations illegally and that is not normally taken lightly in this country. Indeed, he is abusing the office of president for his own personal gain and that would never be tolerated in a truly free country. By any standard violating campaign fund raising laws is a high crime and misdemeanor. Indeed in Utah a conviction resulting in a $5000.00 fine or three years imprisonment is considered a felony.

Obama is a criminal and should be impeached, removed from office, and imprisoned. Anyone else would be for this offense and if the media would report his crimes as widely as they report every mistake Republicans make, the public would be calling for Obama's head on a platter.

Impeach Already

Obama has told the American people that they are irrelevant. He has repeatedly controverted the will of the people and spat in the face of our laws. Among other things, Obama has instructed the FBI to conduct illegal wiretaps, allowed the TSA to molest our children (but not his of course), monetized our debt, pirated privately owned corporations, refused to close our borders, intentionally provided firearms to Mexican drug cartels, operating an illegal gambling scheme, and now engages in a patently illegal war in Libya. And lets not forget that among his first acts as dictator were to provide billions of dollars and political appointments to his supporters.

If these are not high crimes and misdemeanors then what is? Does Obama have to drop a nuclear weapon on an American city to be impeached? Would that even get this guy removed from office or would the apologetic left give him yet another pass?

There is no doubt here. These are high crimes and misdemeanors by any stretch of the imagination. Obama should be impeached, removed from office, and imprisoned. I hear Guantanamo Bay is thriving this time of year.

This current act of treason is alone enough to impeach. Obama is violating of the War Powers Resolution by having our military forces in Libya. His argument that our troops are not fighting is so transparent that a child could refute him. Troops are in Libya, fighting in combat, and receiving combat pay. If that is not war then -- oh wait -- I keep forgetting that in this country a war is something our government fights against drugs, obesity, under-age drinking, lack of seat belt use and smoking. Wars are not fought against dictators on the battlefield anymore. They are fought in the media with propaganda. Well, then never mind. I guess killing people with bullets, bombs, and missiles in a foreign land against a foreign government no longer constitutes war after all. Well, start a public service campaign and even Obama would consider that a so-called war.

At least we Americans know where we stand with Obama. Alone and venerable to his every whim.

TREASON!!!

I will not mince words here. President Obama is committing treason.

Under the War Powers Resolution Obama had 60 days to commit American military forces to Libya and 30 more days to withdraw those forces if he could not obtain congressional approval for such aggression. The 90-day deadline expired today and his is not budging.

This is treason. Sending our military anywhere and engaging in war fighting without the approval of the people (e.g. congress) has to be considered treason. If not, then what is it? Regardless of the excuses and arguments on both sides of this issue the answer is clear to me. This is treason. Department of Education is the New Gestapo

I almost can't even believe this story is real it is so outrageous. It is true, however. The Department of Education has started kicking in the doors to private homes, searching those homes, and detaining even innocent children inside to collect delinquent student loans.

You read that right. Our federal government lets illegal immigrants enter our country, roam freely to commit violent criminal acts within its borders, and even pays them to do so through welfare and other government subsidies but that same government will not tolerate its educated citizens from falling past due on a student loans.

Where is the outrage here? Where is the news media on this issue? Where are the states themselves? The people of this country ought to be way past angry, the media should be probing deep into this story and reporting it on the front page, and our states should be putting their sovereign feet down and saying "enough."

Am I the only one questioning how the Department of Education somehow has the power to issue warrants and kick in doors and to do so brandishing firearms? Am I the only one who remembers a little thing called the United States Constitution? Am I really the only one? Probably so, but even if I am alone on this I will put my foot down and say "enough!" I will question such authority in the hands of any government, especially a single department of that government whose purpose is to educate, not destroy, its citizens.

I have said it repeatedly and will never stop saying it. When any government is willing to kick in your door to extract money from you at gunpoint, it is tyranny. Such force is the strict definition and should not be tolerated by a so-called "free" citizenry. It is time for us to realize that any government willing to enslave rather that protect its people should be corrected by any means necessary. And if the states won't make the required corrections, the people must.

The federal government is planning to put a black box data recorder in every passenger vehicle in America. To this I say not a chance. I will never install these on my cars and I will disable/destroy them on any cars I buy in the future.

I for one will not have my every movement tracked. And it is not about the old moronic saying that "law-abiding citizens have nothing to fear from government intrusion." Its about liberty. Either we have it or we don't and I say any government that would even consider mandating data recorders in all vehicles is a tyranny. Whether this passes or not is irrelevant. Secret Service -- What Rights?

The Secret Service recently interrogated a Tacoma seventh-grader because of a Facebook posting he wrote. Several things are shocking about this story.

First, the boy was 13-years-old. Is the SS so incompetent to really consider any 13-year-old a credible threat to the President?

Second, the SS is surfing Facebook looking for postings. If there is such a thing as freedom of speech then nothing posted on Facebook can be considered an illegal threat. If the laws against threatening the president are to be taken seriously they cannot be so inclusive as to ban all discussion or criticism of the president. SS, you do not have the authority to silence American citizens.

Third, the SS conducted the interrogation without first informing the parents of the accused child and without ever obtaining a warrant. This is false arrest at a minimum but I would argue that because the SS never contacted the parents this detention rises to the level of kidnapping.

Fourth, the reason for this federally sanctioned kidnapping is not that the SS actually thought the child was a threat to the president. The SS simply wanted to interrogate the child about his parents and their opinions of Obama. Privacy and constitutional rights be damned.

Listen, the SS does not need to interrogate our children to know where we stand. If they want my opinion of Obama for example, they only have to ask. I have never been apologetic or shy about my constitutionally protected opinions. I will say it loudly and clearly. Obama is the epitome of evil. He is a pawn in a long-standing progressive machine that seeks to destroy this country as we know it. And please realize that falsely arresting and illegally interrogating my children (who are represented by counsel) won't change my opinion or intimidate me. Though it would open a massive can of worms.

Come on SS. It used to be your job to enforce and respect the rights of American citizens. When did your purpose change to oppressing and abusing us instead?

Restitance is No Longer Futile -- Now it is Outright Illegal

An Indianapolis court has just ruled that citizens have no right to resist when a cop tries to enter their home -- EVER. That's right, whether the police entry is legal or not you cannot resist. If you do, you will be violently subdued, arrested, and criminally charged.

In support of this ludicrous ruling the court said, "We believe ... a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence." Against public policy? Incompatible with a constitutional right to be free from unreasonable governmental intrusions? These justices are out of their minds. They simply could not be more wrong on this issue. Both public policy and that damn Fourth Amendment explicitly allow citizens to resist illegal entry into their homes. Even a stupid child would understand that.

I, for one, will not tolerate these kinds of blatantly incorrect readings of my rights. If the courts get it wrong as they surely did here, we as citizens must resist. We are morally obligated to throw off such tyranny. If anyone tries to enter my home illegally I WILL RESIST. I promise.

Bloomberg is a Menace and a Criminal

Bloomberg, the Mayor of New York City, has set up sting operations across the country in which he has his so-called "investigators" try to entrap gun sellers into committing crimes.

Why isn't anyone prosecuting him for this? The article says that in 2006 he had his "investigators" commit the federal crime of making straw purchases. That is a blatant violation of federal law. Why is Bloomberg somehow above this law?

If the head of a drug cartel did the same thing he and his "investigators" would spend at least ten years in federal prison, and probably longer. Bloomberg ought to be prosecuted and, as a result of the inevitable conviction of this high-crime, stripped of his office.

Now I know our government is too corrupt to prosecute Bloomberg for committing the same crimes they prosecute others for every day but I like to dream. The irony of that piece of trash going to prison on a gun charge makes me smile. A lot.

I am not running for office but elect me Governor and I will have Bloomberg prosecuted if he tries any of these antics here. I promise. It just makes me angry that most of our politicians are actually criminals rather than selfless public servants as they should be.

Job Market Negatvie -- Thank You Republicans

The Republicans took office yesterday and the job market news headlines have suddenly turned negative. Coincidence? Not a chance.

Over the past two years unemployment has risen out of control and even under the democrats manipulated statistics, was much higher than is acceptable. Nonetheless, news headlines on the issue have been neutral to positive before today. Now, with republicans taking over the House of Representatives, the media has predictably switched to negativity over the jobs market. Doom and gloom are the watchwords even though the job market is actually, miraculously, and ever so slightly, improving.

I shouldn't belabor the point, but I warned you this would happen. I predicted that as soon as republicans had some majority they would be blamed for all of America's problems. The democrats will do it and the media will do it -- every time.

The more disturbing point is that republicans will let them distort the facts and republicans will take the blame. They always do. For some reason they are unwilling and incapable of defending themselves and have some supernatural ability to absorb blame for everything negative -- whether they are actually to blame or not. Combine that with the fact that nothing ever sticks to democrats and now we will have to suffer through another four years of Barry Obama as President when republicans get him re-elected in 2012.

So here is my sarcastic thank you in advance to all those republicans who just took office and will most certainly fail to controvert the inevitable media spin against them, for their uncanny ability to compromise away our freedom under the guise of bipartisanship, and for getting Obama re-elected in 2012.

My crotch is a no-fly zone. Strangers are not allowed to touch it and no one is allowed to photograph it. Because I subscribe to these principles of modesty I cannot fly. My religion simply prohibits it now. The reason is because in order to fly in this "free" country the TSA now requires you to either pass through an X-ray machine that takes a nude photograph of you or you have be physically molested by a government agent. Both are against my religion.

I like the idea of lawsuits and mass-refusals to submit but I have several other resistance ideas that would be more fun.

-- Married couples could frisk each other in line as a demonstration of the sexual nature of such intrusions. The great part here is that the couple would be arrested for indecency even though they are engaging in the same conduct that is REQUIRED by the TSA.

-- Someone could show up in nothing but a trench coat (full on naked underneath) and tell the TSA agents you did it for them. This too would result in arrest even though the naked X-ray machine is actually worse as it takes a photo of your nude body rather than merely exposing it for a few seconds.

-- People could just start moaning in a sexual manner as the agents grope. Awkward, yes but definitely hilarious.

-- People could wear t-shirts that say things like "My grandpa went to Hawaii and all I got was this lousy t-shirt ... AND GROPED," "TSA agents do it better," or "Don't touch my junk!"

-- Carry your own rubber gloves for the agent to use or better yet tell the agent to take his off because hands are more sensitive without gloves.

-- Go through the line over and over again to see how many times you can before the TSA snaps and arrests you.

Regardless of which form of resistance you choose, my point cannot be overstated. It is against my religion to photograph me naked and it is against my religion to allow strangers to touch me sexually. Incidentally, such acts are also against my religion when done to children. Now, I understand that the government doesn't care about my religious beliefs and that it simply wants to oppressively control its subjects. Nonetheless, these intrusions mean something to me.

Now I know that many other people of my same religion do not consider these TSA measures problematic but they are dead wrong. They are also missing the point that groping and photographing people nude against their will are illegal acts when done under any other circumstances.

I hope you all resist in some way. Whether on religious, privacy, safety, or modesty grounds, this issue is simple. We simply cannot allow our government to sexually abuse us or our children. I personally will never allow either to happen to me or my children.

Election day is tomorrow and I am not excited at all. Others will be however. Republicans will celebrate because they see the inevitable republican sweep of the House as a republican victory. Socialist democrats, communists, and fascists will secretly celebrate because they see a republican sweep as a small cog in their manipulation of the American people. They WANT republicans to win; this time.

The manipulation is obvious and has been on-going for decades. Socialists infiltrate the republican party and push the entire party to the center when they can and they allow republicans to win elections to pass them the blame for their failed and oppressive socialist policies.

Obama will celebrate the republican victory tomorrow. Its part of his master plan. Obama wants this country in chaos. He wants riots in the streets, food lines, gas shortages, widespread power outages, and general death and destruction. But what he wants most is to be able to blame that chaos on republicans.

That's how he governs. Create a problem, re-write history and blame the republicans for creating your problem, and then run for the next election on the promise that you will clean up the very problem that you created. Couple that with widespread election fraud and you have yourself an unqualified community organizer (whatever that means) for a president.

When republicans win tomorrow they will celebrate, but so will Obama. With republicans in the majority he can, and certainly will, blame his failed economic and social policies on them. Let the blame begin and bring on 2012 already.

Too Old to Trick-or-Treat -- By Law?

I have read several articles in the last couple of days discussing trick-or-treating by teenagers. Some cities have passed laws making it illegal if over a certain age. To them I say thank you for proving my long-standing argument that America is a tyranny rather than the free society it claims to be.

I also make this declaration. If my town, or any city within 50 miles bans trick-or-treating for ANY age I will go door to door on Halloween even though I am well above any age they would set for the limit. Notice how I did not say I would go trick-or-treating. Instead of going "trick-or-treating," I will dress in a costume, knock on doors randomly, and say "what's up" while holding out a pillow case. I will also make certain to conduct one of these visits at the houses of any legislator who votes for an age ban on trick-or-treating in the hopes of getting arrested for violating the oppressive ban.

Now don't get me wrong. I don't like teens trick-or-treating either but I want them to decide for themselves how old is too old.

And seriously, these kinds of laws are never really thoughtfully considered. These idiot politicians just react without thinking in a ridiculous effort to control EVERYTHING. What if my teenager is mentally disabled and has the mental age of a child? Do these bans exempt them? What about my teenager taking smaller kids around? Is that illegal? What about me taking my kids trick-or-treating? Is that illegal?

The line of how old is too old should be drawn by the individual, not government.

What Is the Deal With All the Gum?

NFL Football coaches ALL chew gum during the game. Why? What's the deal?

As I go about my typical day I hardly ever see men chewing gum. It is very rare.

This one makes no sense to me at all.

And by the way, the Titans just shellacked the Jaguars and I want to complain about it. Now, I don't care one bit about either of these teams but I do care about TV sucking. And this sucked.

Jacksonville had the most incoherent play calls I have seen in a long time and so many missed opportunities and outright errors it makes your head spin. These guys were playing like a hastily assembled kids game in the neighborhood rather than like a professional team.

And, for the record, both coaches were chomping away on gum the entire game.

Tyranny is the New Freedom

I am seriously considering writing a book about the true tyranny that has taken over this country. And why not, with a readership as large as this blog has (3 confirmed subscribers) the market is already in place. Levity aside, it really is time for this country to wake up to its state of servitude.

I have said it before and I will say it to my dying breath, taxing income is tyranny. There is no getting around that fact. To add to that I will declare that government prohibiting the free movement and expression of its subjects (citizens is no longer the appropriate term to describe Americans) is further proof of the tyranny we endure.

We cannot speak publicly without first obtaining a permit from the government. That permit always includes a fee and limits the time and manner of our speech. Needing government permission to speak is hardly an earmark of a free country.

The same is true for movement. To travel, even small distances, you need a license from the government (with its accompanying fees) to drive, your car requires a license and its ownership taxed, the gas you need is even heavily taxed. Once you get in your car the taxes and government control continue. You are required to wear a seat belt under penalty of law, even if no accident occurs, and I can't count how many other government taxes and controls are hidden in the production, transportation, and sale of the car itself.

Try accessing a national park and you will have to first seek government approval and pay a tax. In Utah, there are actually roads you cannot go at all unless you ride the government bus. No personal cars allowed? When did that happen? I paid for that road and now I can't even use it. Tyranny at its best.

Want to ride a bike to get around the government permission issue and you will be sadly surprised. Many, if not all, municipalities require you to license your bike. Many also require you to wear a helmet whether you want one or not.

Now let me point out just how absurd the government micromanagement of its subjects has become. In Philadelphia the police are now spot-checking your car to see if you locked it and they are fining you if you don't. If you are not outraged by that then it is too late to write my book. What free people would allow government agents to randomly check their door handles and then fine them for not locking the door? None.

I will lock my door if I choose and I will leave it unlocked if I choose. ITS MY CAR! Anyone who thinks the government should have a right to check my door is mentally unstable. Sorry, Fourth Amendment, you are no longer needed. And then to add a fine? Who would support such an oppressive control? Only a tyrant, that's who.

Make me President Already

I am so sick of this country making excuses and pandering to each other politically. Make me President and I will fix it all.

War: Lets WIN these wars in the Middle East. Notice I did not say end. That is not viable for this President. My plan is to send 250,000 troops now. We stop waiting around and we stop debating. We also start actually taking out the enemies when we can. No more letting them go just because they are at a funeral with a few civilians. Yes it's cold but it also time. In World War Two England carpet bombed entire cites killing tens of thousands of civilians. That is too far, but killing a few civilians who closely associate with terrorists is not necessarily a bad thing. If that is too harsh, fine. Instead we can level entire cities. Civilians be warned. If you stay you are considered an enemy. I did not start this war but I sure as hell can end it in victory. The entire world can piss on Obama's country but NOBODY messes with my United States.

Illegal Immigration: I would CLOSE our borders. We would build a massive fence, patrol the oceans, and bunker bust any tunnels. Building a few military bases with bombing ranges on the border wouldn't hurt either. As for illegals already here. That's easy. Send them to Mexico and bill the Mexican government $10,000 per person. As long as Mexico knows we will actually collect on those bills (they have oil and gold) they will erect fences and guard their own border for a change. Yes. I know many illegals are not Mexican. Do I can? No. Mexico is where they go because that is where most of them cross over. It is that simple. This should be as much Mexico's problem as it is ours. Did I mention that NOBODY messes with my United States.

Education: Now states can choose what they want here but federal funding only goes to schools that teach the fundamental founding principles of this country in a historically accurate manner. This country was founded on Christian centered Capitalism, period. We are not Communist, Socialist, or Fascist and we will not allow our federal tax dollars to teach otherwise. We must also go back to the basics teaching primarily history, math, English, and science. No more socializing our children to fit a political agenda. No more global warming or diversity requirements.

Taxes: My first act as President is to abolish all forms of income and capital gains taxation. It is evil in its purest form to tax (i..e. punish) productivity. Especially when that money is taken at gunpoint (IRS) and redistributed to the idol through various entitlement programs. Indeed, these programs create generations of people who are adults in age only and suck the system dry. These infants are wholly dependent on government for their very survival. Only a dictator would consider that to be a good thing.

Obama Regime Declares War on America

Obama's regime is targeting Sheriff Joe Arapaio for criminal prosecution for his enforcement of Arizona immigration enforcement law.

Even the mere hint of such an act should send shivers down your spine. If it doesn't consider that Nancy Pelosi is similarly demanding a witch hunt on those who oppose building a mosque at ground zero. A mosque at ground zero? Who doesn't oppose that? Investigate me, Pelosi.

Back on immigration. Arapaio is a patriot trying to enforce the laws as he was elected to do. In stark contrast, our federal government is repeatedly prosecuting its own law enforcement agents for enforcing the laws while millions of criminals and terrorists stroll into our country every year unmolested. This is an outrage.

The federal government should be hiring Arapaio not prosecuting or investigating him. Attorney General Holder is the criminal here. Obama is the criminal here. Rather than enforce our immigration, drug, and anti-gang laws they are abusing their power and our tax money by harassing patriotic Americans who want our country secured from outside threats.

Ultimately, the American people will stand against Obama and his regime and with Arapaio. The invasion of our country from outside forces is not acceptable and the infiltration of our government by tyrants is intolerable. Investigate, prosecute, or kill the opposition but ultimately it will not matter. There are tens of millions of true Americans who will oppose Obama's tyranny at all costs.

The Obama regime has declared war on the American people. It is time to pick sides.

Obama Can Demand Your Citizenship Status -- Arizona Cannot

Obama is superior to, and more important than, Arizona.

Here is just how superior this Ass believes himself to be. High school children are required to disclose their citizenship status just to be within 10 feet of Obama. That's right. Your Supreme Commander is forcing children to disclose their citizenship status without any probable cause or even any suspicion of any wrongdoing at all. Full background checks are being done on children at their own high school graduation just to get near his holiness.

One reason this so-called security measure angers me is because of the hypocrisy of this administration and the recent fallout about Arizona's' new (and quite brilliant) law allowing law enforcement officers to inquire about the citizenship status of people they suspect of crimes.

Obama, on one hand requires children to provide their citizenship status and submit to a background investigation to meet him while on the other hand decrying Arizona as racist for doing less when investigating actual crimes committed be actual criminals. He said, "in the United States of America no law-abiding person [except law-abiding children in his presence] should ever be subject to suspicion simply because of what they look like."

Oh, now I get why it's not hypocrisy. Obama is not subjecting these law-abiding children to invasive background checks based on how they look. He is infringing their civil rights for all the students regardless of their appearance. Arizona is different (racist, evil, hateful, etc.) because they are only asking for the citizenship status of suspected criminals. Somehow, that is worse than demanding investigations into everyone?

Here is my solution. All we need is one of those students to tell Obama "go to hell" and refuse to submit to the background check but still demand to be allowed to attend their own graduation ceremony. The supreme administration and news outlets would freak out. This would be great because the school cannot force the students to submit to a background investigation that if not done voluntarily, violates the student's civil rights and the school cannot refuse the student admission to his own graduation.

Its a perfect catch-22, but alas, I suspect that all of the students will salivate at Obama's feet and subject themselves to this outrageous civil rights violation. I am still hoping for a hold-out though.

Genocide Coming Soon

Genocide is coming soon. The first steps are already in place. We have the Patriot Act that allows government to spy on and control the movements of its law-abiding citizens -- any constitutional or privacy issues be damned. We have government mandated health care, government controlled banking, education, health, automotive, energy, government attacking private citizens who disagree with the fascist agenda of the current regime, and government controlled media. You can't take a single step if this government doesn't want you to.

With such an oppressive infrastructure in place, the next logical step is registration of people and that is exactly what is coming soon. That's right democrats want to institute a federal identification system including biometric information about each and every American subject.

Genocide seems quite strong though doesn't it? Nope. Once the identification system takes place you will be dead unless you comply. Without the government identification you will be denied health care (remember they control that too). You will be denied the right to drive, to fly, or to use public transportation which for most of us will prevent us from working. But despite having no job, you won't get welfare, social security, medicare, or medicaid either. You may not be rounded up in the streets by roving security forces (but don't dismiss that possibility outright either) but you will be allowed to starve to death or die from a medical condition.

This will not be genocide against an ethnic group or religion (though don't rule out that possibility) but it will be genocide against anyone who believes in liberty enough to resist such oppression. Political dissenters are dead under the policies of this regime. The dictators of history would be proud.

And by the way, watch for strict gun control measures next. Gun control will be based on government mandated health care on the false premise that guns are dangerous to our national health and the regime will track gun owners through this federal identification.

Sarah Palin for Vice President: Part I

This is Part One of a series I will write on Sarah Palin for Vice President. The point of this series is to vent my frustration with how poorly she managed her last campaign and to discuss the incompetence of her advisers. If she follows my advice she will be the next Vice President of this country, if it still exists by the next presidential election in 2012.

Tip #1. Stop letting everyone kiss you when you come on stage. Men don't kiss each other under the same circumstances and it is degrading to a presidential candidate, male or female, to be kissed on the cheek just for entering a room. Keep degrading yourself in that manner and you will never win.

Tip# 2. Stop talking in that "folksy" manner. It too is degrading and stereotypes you as stupid, which you are certainly not. Speak clearly and concisely without the local jargon. It is not endearing and does not make you fit in more with the common man. Keep speakin' like ya just fell off a turnip truck and ya will never win.

Tip #3. Do not run with a moderate like Romney or McCain. To us actual conservatives moderate means liberal and we will not vote for you with one on your ticket. McCain killed your chances of winning the last election. He refused to campaign with any vigor at all and because of his moderate (i.e. liberal) position, lost you votes. Indeed, the only reason McCain was so close last election was because of you. Seriously, to me it looked like McCain threw the election purposely. Romney, like McCain, is a liberal to the core. He is the architect of government forced health care and he will never get the conservative vote. Lose the moderates or lose the race.

Health Care Micromanagment is Here

Well, it has begun. The federal government has its health care plan and is starting its enslavement of the American people off right.

First, the FDA is talking about regulating salt. Yes, salt. Its justification is that Americans have not voluntarily reduced their salt intake despite 40 years of its warnings that too much salt is unhealthy. Seriously, its justifying controlling our salt intake on the grounds that you have no self-control. I guess next to the guns and ammo now I have to horde salt too.

Our federal overlords are also threatening to regulate our kids' diets more closely on the grounds that our kids are too fat and are therefore a security risk because they can't serve in the military.

Where am I? Is any of this crap really happening? I truly cannot believe any of us let our government even discuss what we or our children eat let alone actually trying to regulate it. I, for one, will not allow anyone else to dictate my diet. Not my doctor, not my wife, and certainly not my government. I will eat as I please.

The weird part is that when I saw these two news stories on television last night the newscasters did not even remotely seem bothered. They did not seem supportive either mind you but they were certainly not against such government control. And, yes they usually show a bias for or against such things depending on which party is pushing the agenda. They are hardly neutral. In fact, I would bet that if a Republican president tried to push the same regulations it would somehow be an outrage to these media elites.

I wonder how much oppression the American people will take. My guess is a lot more. I also wonder if black market salt will have the potency of the real thing or whether it will be diluted somehow to increase its street value.

Americans are morons. They let ObamaCare become law without any actual debate, without an actual vote, and without any constitutionality. What the hell is wrong with you?

McCain stands ups AFTER ObamaCare passed and started complaining about the process and declaring that the republicans will no longer cooperate in the Senate. I have enough to say on those subjects to write a book but for now it is sufficient to say that McCain is a fool, a liar, a traitor, and a coward. The republicans will always cooperate because they are co-conspirators in the destruction of America. They are liberals in sheep's clothing. McCain is so full of himself that he thinks he is a power player rather than a tool of the Obama administration. McCain, you are the worst kind of republican. You tanked your own party in the presidential election and you tanked your country in this health care vote. Standing up AFTER the passage of a patently illegal act of Congress does nothing but make you a puppet.

America, back to you. The truth about ObamaCare is starting to come out and still where are you? Where is the outrage? All I see on TV are the democrats taunting everyone about how righteous they are for passing this illegal and immoral legislation and the republicans pretending to be upset and in the same breath claiming that some of the health care bill is good and that we need now to merely fix it. Are you kidding me?

Let me be crystal clear about government mandated, controlled, or subsidized health care. The answer for a truly free America is a resounding NO! NEVER!

Let the free market handle health care and anything else for that matter and you will see unparalleled efficiency and affordability. Health care costs are high now not because of lawsuits or malpractice insurance but because the government pays for it. The issue really is that simple. Get all government out and the system will flourish. The purpose of government is supposed to be to protect the state from all threats, foreign and domestic. In a free society government cannot provide for its citizens. At the moment it does, citizens turn to subjects.

The only solution to fixing ObamaCare is to REPEAL the ever-loving crap out of it. Anything less is enslavement of the American people, whether they know it or not.

Here is a thought.

I was initially going to oppose ObamaCare - to the death. I was planning to oppose it, never enroll or give them my information, openly refuse to pay the fines, and let the government imprison me for refusing to insure myself through their fascist plan. Now I am considering another approach to my impending enslavement.

Maybe it would be more effective to embrace rather than oppose ObamaCare. I could go to the doctor once a week, get numerous prescriptions for every ailment under the sun, and have as many surgeries as I can bear. Since ObamaCare is going to pass regardless of its illegality and regardless of its unpopularity, we have two choices. Either fight and die or embrace the horrific changes and bankrupt the whole system. Either way Obama -- not the people -- wins.

You Will Comply

John Hood of the Carolina Journal online has openly declared that if ObamaCare becomes a reality he will not comply because ObamaCare will not legally become law. I applaud this decision and Mr. Hood's spot-on analysis of why ObamaCare is, in fact, illegal. Nonetheless, I am sorry to tell you John, resistance is futile. You will comply.

ObamaCare will become law. Yes, it will be done illegally without a proper vote. Yes, it will be done in the dead of night over the weekend when no one is paying attention. And, yes, it will be done against the will of the American people. But make no mistake about it. ObamaCare is coming and nothing short of a full-blown revolution will stop it.

As for the compliance of the people, that is all but assured. Under ObamaCare you will be required to report your health insurance status to the IRS and you will be fined for failing to obtain government mandated coverage. If you fail to report, or you fail to be covered, you will be convicted of a crime and you will get ObamaCare during your stay in federal prison.

Even if there was some way you could stay off ObamaCare without becoming a criminal you would still find yourself, and your family, denied medical care. Providers will simply refuse to treat you if you fail to provide them with your Social Security Number and proof that you are a loyal subject with Obama-approved insurance. They will let you die if necessary.

I support you 100% John, and I hope ObamaCare dies. Otherwise, you and I will be forced to choose between capitulating to a patently corrupt government or risking our lives, fortunes, and sacred honor opposing it.

Further evidence that our government is completely corrupt is the recent development that the democrats are refusing to seat Scott Brown until next week even though he was duly elected by the people to represent them.

Democrat Al Franken was seated one week after his election was certified. In contrast, Republican Scott Brown has already waited three weeks and the Democrats want him to wait one more. Four times longer than it took to seat Franken.

That is more than a double standard. That is corruption at its core. The Democrats are delaying things as long as they can because the person sitting in Brown's seat is a Democrat and they don't want to lose their super-majority.

Let me be very clear. The Democrats don't care what the people want and they don't care how blatant their corruption.

Obamacare is Not Even Arguably Constititional

Government mandated health care violates the United States Constitution.

Government mandated health care violates my First Amendment right to freely exercise my religion since it forces me to pay for abortions and to redistribute wealth against my will both of which violate my religious beliefs.

Obamacare violates my Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms since it will be used to infringe on those rights (forcing me to disclose ownership, storage practices to doctors, etc.) under the guise of health care. This one actually already happens at my kids pediatrician, it is just not forced yet.

Obamacare violates my Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable governmental intrusions. Indeed, my entire medical history and condition will be at the government's fingertips and CONTROL.

It violates my Fifth Amendment right to not incriminate myself in criminal matters. Anything I say to a government owned doctor will surely not be private.

It violates my Eighth Amendment right to not have cruel or unusual punishments be inflicted upon me. For government to determine what care, if any, you will receive is certainly cruel and unusual. Moreover, the threat of criminal penalties and imprisonment for failing to fully participate in government controlled health care is also plainly cruel and unusual. The punishment does not even remotely fit the crime which should not even exist.

Government mandated health care also violates the Ninth and Tenth Amendments which EXPLICITLY PROHIBIT the federal government from infringing the rights of the people that are not specifically enumerated. Those rights include my right to choose my own health care, to not have my wealth redistributed against my will, to not have my health care rationed, to keep my medical conditions private, and to live in a free market as the founders intended.

Remember, the Constitution is an enumeration of powers granted BY THE PEOPLE to the federal government. Nothing in the Constitution even arguably grants the government the power to force the people to purchase anything against their will, especially under the threat of criminal imprisonment.

What about the commerce clause you ask? The commerce clause does not provide any authority for government mandated health care. It merely provides a mechanism to assure uniformity in interstate commerce. The Supreme Court has gone way too far with interpreting how much regulation the government can do but forcing people to purchase a government operated and controlled commodity IS COMPLETELY UNPRECEDENTED.

Never before throughout all recorded history has a government ever had laws in place that punish people criminally for merely existing.

Liberal Media Fears Truth Above All Else

The Associated Press hired 11 people to fact check Sarah Palin's new book. In contrast, they hired ZERO people to fact check Obama's book.

This is significant for two reasons. First, this reveals the true character of liberalism and its destructive nature. Liberals entire purpose is to destroy everything around them except themselves. They do not want the truth and they do not want anyone other than themselves to grow or prosper.

Second, liberals hate the truth and they hate ANYTHING that exposes the truth. They fear Palin because the truth is that America is more like her than it is like Obama. Indeed, if America was paying any attention at all they would realize that Obama is completely the opposite of everything for which our founding fathers fought and died.

When he speaks try counting the amount of times he uses the words freedom or liberty in the context of the American people having any. He never does. EVER.

Palin is a wake up call to the liberal establishment that they will cease to exist if the truth is actually told. Palin against Obama would be no contest if the truth ever gets out. Indeed, if the presidential election could occur today Palin would win by a Reaganesque landslide.

CSI Stole My Idea (Sort of Anyway)

A few months ago I came up with an idea for NCIS, my favorite show. The idea was that a terrorist would plant a bomb at a party of dignitaries and plant fake DNA on the bomb. Yes, scientists recently discovered that you can fake DNA. Anyway, the fake DNA would be from Kate who was killed about five years ago giving the show an awesome Kate twist. She is awesome for those of you who do not know. At the end Gibbs would be finishing his boat and painting "Kaitlyn" as its name for a profound ending.

Anyway, I am feeling crapulent about my awesome idea because CSI, a stupid junk science show is using my idea. No, they did not steal it from me, they just had the same idea.

So, to the writer who used my idea I hope you enjoy your buckets of money that should rightfully belong to me since I thought of the idea first.

Stop the Withholding = Stop the Tyranny

The House passed a 1990 page bill for universal health care a few days ago. The bill will literally enslave us -- criminal penalties and all. I for one am tired of this tyranny and I have an idea to stop it dead in its tracks.

Everyone who has their taxes withheld from their paychecks should stop the withholding for just a few months. I am not saying they don't pay taxes. I am just saying stop the automatic withholding. Instead, they would save the money that would have normally been withheld and simply pay it at the end of the year.

If enough Americans ended the withholding the government would see a massive and instant drop in revenue. If they do not fear us then they never will.

As a bonus, ending the withholding would also allow people to see in a tangible way just how much money the government is stealing from them. Its a win-win.

Bidets are Stupid

I read an article today about a company that wants to sell bidets to Americans using the pitch that it will allow us to use less toilet paper. I won't bother you with the link. The concept that we can save the Earth by doing anything is getting quite tiresome but to argue that a bidet will help is complete lunacy.

Paper grows on trees. Water, at least clean, usable water, does not. Indeed, in many parts of the world it is a rarity. If the goal is to save the planet we should be using toilet paper rather than water to clean our naughty bits. My local government wants me to water my lawn less often, why would they want me to use more water in the restroom?

I also can't figure out how to use a bidet. How do you dry yourself off after using the bidet if you have no toilet paper and you are in a public restroom? Do you just pull up your pants over a wet bottom? And, who wants your waste, and other people's waste, squirting all over your naked body. Gross.

Bidets are stupid. America is superior to all other countries for several reasons; the Second Amendment, awesome TV shows, we spell "color" correctly without a "u," and WE DON"T USE BIDETS!

Obama: Government will Raise Your Children, Not You.

His proposal is to add three hours a day, keep kids in the summer, and leave schools open during the weekends so kids can have a "safe" place to be. Are you kidding me? This guy truly does think he is the Messiah. He must or he would not even attempt such a ridiculous move.

If Obama actually succeeds in lengthening the time your kids are in school watch for the widespread outrage. Indeed, mark my words. If he succeeds in lengthening the school day he will have to also have to outlaw home school with criminal penalties involved. Otherwise, public education (indoctrination) is dead because all but the poorest of Americans will pull their kids out of school.

My kids do not belong to the government. They are mine. I will raise them and I will protect them from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. My kids will not chant blind praises to Obama and my kids will not attend school any longer than I determine is necessary.

Its Time to Wake Up!

This is it. This is the final wake up call. If these stories do not terrify you into action, nothing will until it is too late.

First, The IRS, that's right, the IRS, will administer Obamacare. Who trusts this to go well? I, for one, will never pay another dime in federal taxes if the IRS ever actually gets the power to decide my health care.

Next, state governments are already circumventing your Constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. Pandemic bill allows health authorities to enter homes, detain without warrant. Remember the disastrous results of the same type of "emergency powers" after the hurricane in New Orleans? It's about to get far worse. Under this bill the police can force their way in and force you to be innoculated or quarantined against your will. There are fines and criminal penalties for your failure to comply, at least.

And, finally (if only it could actually be finally) Obama is seeking the power to seize the Internet at his discretion and without so much as an explanation. Obviously, only Democrat Presidents will have such a power. Once a Republican gets into office this power will somehow become unconstitutional even though it was somehow not unconstittutional before.

That's it. Your terror update for today. Oddly, I now fear the United States government more than any terrorist group anywhere. Blowing up somehow seems fun compared to our sure to be brutal future.

It really seems odd to me that the most benevolent country in the world is so easily turning into a sadistic fascist dictatorship. I have had enough change Obama. Its time to change it back.

Abortion in Obamacare = No More Murderous Choice Morons

The liberals adamantly and even violently fought for the last 40 years to keep government out of their health care (abortion) choices. Now, for some inexplicable reason they want government to decide all of your health care decisions? An illogical move to say the least.

Don't they understand that under Obamacare their right to murder their babies will be governed completely and totally by government? And, as written, judicial oversight over the government decisions is prohibited. Obamacare completely ends the right to abortion and worse, it explicitly preempts any further judicial oversight of the issue. Under Obamacare, Roe v. Wade is as dead as a 12 week fetus in a promiscuous liberal woman with a promising career ahead of her.

They fought for the right to choose and now they fight against the right to choose. Are liberals really this stupid?

I have read a lot of articles and blogs talking about Obama's horrible and oppressive health care bill. People (including me) are upset because they will lose their freedom and they will be taxed into oblivion. As evil as those issues are, they are not really the point.

The real point is that ObamaCare is a complete and irreversible destruction of the very foundation of America. Our founding fathers created this county to be free. They did not want their government controlling every aspect of their lives. Paradoxically, we now seem to be begging for it. Please, Uncle Sam, give me a job, give me a home, give me health care, tell me how to raise my kids, force me to wear a seatbelt, feed me.

The point of vigorously opposing ObamaCare is not the cost, rationing, or even the euthanasia that will inevitably occur. The point is that allowing your government that final control over your existence will destroy the remnants of the already tattered foundation of democracy itself.

When your government takes your income and distributes it at its whims, democracy no longer exists. Tyranny takes its place. It is tyranny when your government decides whether or not you live or die. It is tyranny when your politicions are so in lockstep with each other that elections become irrelevant. It is tyranny when your government is so corrupt that it lives under a different set of rules than its citizenry. Merely desiring complete control over your life and death is itself tyranny.

If ObamaCare passes, democracy itself is dead. Although, it might be dead already.

ObamaCare: Government Agents Raising Your Kids

Where are we? In America, with George Bush as President, disagreeing is good and even healthy. Remember, it was Hillary, the ice queen herself who said of Bush's presidency, "I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration, somehow you're not patriotic, and we should stand up and say, "WE ARE AMERICANS AND WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DEBATE AND DISAGREE WITH ANY ADMINISTRATION!"

Now, under an Obama ruled country, the rules have changed dramatically. Free speech is suppressed and attacked. Remember Joe the Plumber? Opposing government, even when it is evil in its purest form, is not to be tolerated. According to the Obamacrats you are racist if you oppose Obama, you are stupid if you oppose global warming, and you are cruel if you oppose state-run health care.

Under Obama, if you are not the almighty Obama himself you aren't smart enough to make any choices. He will make them for you. He will decide when, where, how much, and even if you will get health care. He will decide what kind of vehicles you can drive. He will decide how much power you can use in your own home. He will decide how much money you can earn. He will decide how many children you can have. He will decide how much of your wealth he will take and give to his political allies.

Beer Summit: Obama Ignites Racisim in America

Tonight Obama is having his 'Beer Summit' with officer James Crowley who arrested Obama's friend. It is supposed to be some attempt to bridge the racial gap or some ridiculous thing. I have two things to say about this garbage.

First, there was no racial gap in this country until America appointed a racist president Obama to office. He is dividing this country racially and he is resurrecting long-dead racial animosity.

Second, I wish Obama would publicly invite me to the White House for a meeting. My response would be a resounding GO TO HELL. Now people are starting to think the searches of us at the airport are going too far? Give me a break. I have been saying that for decades and now others are finally getting it.

I guess now that liberal drug users are getting caught with illegal drugs they are starting to oppose the oppressive airport searches they once supported. These searches were originally only for weapons and explosives but have crossed into searches for large cash wads, illegal drugs, fake credit cards, prescription drugs, and anything else a low-level relatively untrained government employee deems suspicious.

These searches raise two serious issues. First, federal agents are violating the law. Yes, I know no actual law still applies to the American government but at least they could pretend like they used to do in the 1980's. Coming to your home after purchasing a firearm or ten is explicitly prohibited by numerous laws and by the at least four Constitutional Amendments. Damn that Constitution again. It almost mattered for a minute there.

Second, the agents are wearing plain clothes. Gangsters wear plain clothes too. And scam artists too. If a person wearing plain clothes came to my door and asked me about what guns I owned my reaction would be to panic. I would assume I am being robbed in a home invasion robbery and I would draw my weapon to defend myself. The most logical reason ANYONE would come to your door and ask about your guns is to rob you. I would not even believe they were federal agents, badges or not, since these searches are so patently illegal.

Prediction: These illegal searches will lead to disaster. They will lead to confiscation of legally purchased and owned firearms, false criminal convictions, and in some cases where people defend themselves thinking they are being robbed, death.

The government decides how much of your wealth it will take. Your government decides whether or not you can have medical care. Your government decides what kind of vehicles you can own, if any. Your government micromanages the smallest detail of your life. Whether you wear a seat belt, eat MSG in your food, paint your house a certain color, protect your family from harm, consume alcohol, or obtain medical care, is all the governments choice; not yours. Now, I don't agree with David Letterman's recent jokes about Sarah Palin's daughter but I do think everyone ought to back off and leave Letterman alone.

The reason is because nobody cared, and quite a few laughed, when every comedian on Earth made jokes about Michael Jackson getting little boys drunk and raping them. Now, everyone is somehow freaking out by two jokes that were not even about rape or about a child. Letterman claims he was talking about Sarah Palin's 18 year old daughter, not her 14 year old. And, I heard the jokes. They were not about rape or child molestation. They were about consensual sex, one with somebody named A-Rod (whoever that is) and the other about Eliot Spitzer.

No, I do not think the jokes were even remotely appropriate. They outrage me just like the media attacks on Sarah Palin and her family during the presidential campaign outraged me. I just think some consistency and sanity are in order here.

Obama fired this man because he investigated Obama supporters and found they were acting illegally. This is Chicago thuggary at its best.

Obama's justice department also dropped criminal charges against some New Black Panthers who were intimidating voters through the use of force. They were wearing military style uniforms, openly carrying weapons, and uttering racial remarks at a polling station to prevent voters from exercising their right to vote. Try that in my town.

The fact that Obama would commit or even tolerate these kinds of illegal actions proves that he is corrupt. Obama is an enemy to America and to our former way of life.

25% Federal Sales Tax is Red Herring

Our national government is trying to pass a national sales tax of 25%. They call it a value added tax. I call it complete crap.

First, this tax is a red herring. Democrats ask for a 25% tax because all they want is some tax. Even 1% would satisfy them because they only want to plant a seed. They want the American people to get used to a national tax so they can increase it later. Republicans are so stupid that, rather than fight such a tax to the death as our founders would have done, they will compromise and call it their victory when only a 5% national sales tax is actually passed. Democrats are puppetmasters to be sure.

Second, a national sales tax will destroy what is left of our economy. Consumption will plummet and more people will begin trading for goods. The black markets will flourish.

Third, a small (read .25% or so) national sales tax would be a fine idea IF THERE WERE NO OTHER FEDERAL TAXES AND THE TAX ITSELF IS PERMANENTLY CAPPED. As long as there are other federal taxes being drawn no national sales tax should be imposed.

Fourth, once a national sales tax is imposed it will never be taken away. If you have no other reason to oppose a national sales tax this should do it. Government takes but it never really gives anything back. Any politician who claims the sales tax is temporary should have his lobotomy reversed. Even a stupid child would understand that if the government gets people to pay anything they will always have to pay something.

Finally, politicians may try to drop the national sales tax and instead push for taxes on production and importation of goods. This is the same thing. Companies do not pay taxes. Their customers do. Increase the costs of production, transportation, or any other aspect of providing goods and services and the company will increase its prices. This is basic economics.

The bottom line is that a national sales tax is tyranny. The actual point is who cares? Our government is almost completely corrupt in every way and our citizenry is so apathetic, uneducated, and patently stupid that freedom is doomed.

Any form of taxation at gunpoint is tyranny.

Star Trek Movie

Spoiler alert! Do not read this unless you have seen the new Star Trek movie.

I hate time travel. Until now.

Let me explain why.

Most time travel movies change the movie history or real history. Usually, time travel saves the day and everything goes to exactly as it was before or better. I can't think of any time travel movie where things were worse at the end of the movie.

But Star Trek did something that has not only never been done before, but could not have ever been done before. First, Star Trek completely wiped out its own legacy. Everything that happened in the numerous movies and television series (except Enterprise) was wiped out. But even that is not enough to reduce my hatred of time travel. Indeed, wiping out its own history is really just a marketing tactic, though brilliantly done.

The reason Star Trek was revolutionary and why I enjoyed the time travel aspect of this movie is because we now get to live an alternate future. No other movie can do that. We grew up with Star Trek and lived with it through more than 30 years. We know the characters and the stories because we lived them too. We know who dies, how they die, and when they die. We explored the universe with Kirk, Picard, Janeway (boo) and we experienced Star Trek for 30 plus years. It is as much a part of our lives as anything else in our culture. But now all of that is gone.

The true brilliance of purging its own history though is that we get to re-live those decades all over again and things may not (probably will not) ever be the same. Will Kirk ever have trouble with tribbles? Will Kirk ever know, need, or use the Corbomite maneuver? Will Picard ever meet Q? Will Janeway ever stop crying? Only time will tell. Maybe that stuff happens differently now or never at all. The point is we get to wonder as though we are or were actual participants in those events and in the time travel that purged those events. We are Spock -- sort of.

The bottom line is that new Star Trek movie was incredible in its use of time travel. Only Star Trek could wipe out OUR decades of experiences and OUR decades of knowledge and allow us to re-live a different history. No other film could even try to do that.

This movie brilliantly reinvented Star Trek and paved the way for another 30 years of Star Trek. Star Trek will live long and prosper.

Banking Riots for Morons

What is wrong with these people? They are actually mad at the banks? It was the banks who gave them loans to buy homes and cars and it was the banks who gave them a safe place to keep their wealth. The banks helped them out in times of need. The banks simplifyed their lives with debit and credit cards. And, it was the banks that organized their finances with online banking and bill pay. The banks they are rioting against provided these people with services that are extremely beneficial, convenient, and at times crucial.

Even now, these people all continue using these banking services. I wonder how many rioters stopped at an ATM on the way home from a long day of rioting. Or, how many rioters will even see the irony of using their bank issued credit card to post bail when they are arrested or to pay medical bills for riot related injuries.

These rioters -- I refuse to call them mere protesters -- are the biggest idiots known to man.

Government controls caused this banking "crisis" and government spending keeps fueling the fire. Regardless of the truth, these rioters are so stupid that they believe the lies of the liberal media and liberal government and have channeled their rage at the very hand that feeds them.

Government is to blame. If you are going to protest, complain, or riot at least point yourself at the guilty party. Leave the bankers alone. Bankers are people too.

Direct Taxes Will Set America Free

America is not free. Anyone who disagrees with me please challenge me on the issue. There is not one single aspect of your life that is not controlled, approved, or taxed by your government in some way. That is intolerable oppression.

The problem is apathy. No one pays attention to these controls or taxes so either no one cares or they do not even know it is happening. As long as people feel free it does not matter to them that they are not. And, America fosters apathy rather than defeats it. Education, media, and the courts are all controlled by liberals who have carefully crafted these institutions over the decades into creating a mindless populace. Most "conservative" sources have even started leaning left in the last few decades.

My solution to this apathy is really simple. I propose an amendment to our federal Constitution that requires the government agencies who tax us to tax us directly. No more bundling taxes into your phone, power, water, and cable bills. No more withholding from your paycheck. No more financing sales tax into your car payment. No more concealing taxes into the price of gas and cigarettes. Under my solution, all taxes must be billed directly from the responsible government agency.

Think about the aftermath.

Within only two or three months after receiving dozens of bills for dozens of taxes from dozens of different government entities this country would revolt. Many would be unable to pay their monthly income taxes because they are so oppressively high and hardly anyone would buy a house or car knowing that a lump sum tax bill is immediately due.

More importantly, Americans would be paying attention. Imagine the accountability this Amendment would create. Every penny in tax increases would be immediately felt and people would become far more attentive to all government actions.

Would anyone at all even tolerate taxes at their current rates if they had to see them and pay them separately? No way.

If we want to be free we have to end apathy. Our Constitution should encourage awareness and require governmental honesty. If they want to tax us into destruction make them do it openly.

Turn On for Earth Hour

First Amendment Under Fire

You should fear any government that would oppress its people in bold defiance of the very document from which it derives its power. California is Stealing from its Own People

This is fantastic. First of all, most people who get refunds are really getting a windfall. For them not to get that windfall is just simple justice. For those who actually paid some taxes and they are being deprived of their rightful overpayment, that is simple injustice. The simple reality here, however, is that income taxes are the epitome of injustice. Indeed, taxing a person's income is not simply unjust; it is evil

What really matters here though are those withheld refunds from the people who did not even pay taxes. Those people, the serfs with their greedy, lazy, unwashed hands out, will be the source of the any civil unrest over this issue. Their outrage for not having other peoples' income redistributed to them will cause outrage. There will be some outrage over the stolen overpayments too but those people are hard-working, family oriented, and clean themselves they won't riot over the issue. They will sue however.

My predictions if California actually holds these refunds for a year or more.

1. People whose "refunds" were actually more than they paid in taxes will gather and demonstrate and possibly even riot.
2. California will change its tax code or pass some other law allowing it to keep the refunds permanently.
3. Even after passing a law to allow it to keep the refunds permanently, California will still give "refunds" to those who who never actually paid taxes. It is only the actual overpayments of those who paid that will be kept. Redistribution of wealth will NEVER shrink. Duh.

One final point. Income tax is theft pure and simple. But, when the government violates its own oppressive and confiscatory laws like California has done you know real tyranny is right over your shoulder.

Below is my response to the Democrats attempt to silence Rush Limbaugh.

Obama should fail. His policies will enslave the American people if he succeeds. You democrats simply do not understand freedom. Government should leave us alone and allow us to pursue life, liberty, and happiness without governing every aspect of our lives.

Your taxes, environmental polices, and entitlement programs will destroy this country. Are you so stupid as to actually believe that the solution to our problems is more regulation and oppression when it is that regulation and oppression that created our problems in the first place?

You are not fooling everyone. Many of us understand your game of creating problems, blaming the spineless Republicans for those problems, and then saving the world from those problems. Stop legislating and our problems and go away. YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

Rush Limbaugh and others like him will never be silenced. No matter how much you try to destroy freedom in this country, you will fail.

Your Gestapo tactics at silencing the opposition like Rush will backfire on you. You will have only yourselves to blame when another Ronald Reagan emerges from the ashes of the destruction you cause.

Saving energy is ludicrous. In a stupid effort to go green, for example, Great Britain has already banned 100 watt incandescent light bulbs and the plazma TV.

Let me say this as clearly as I can. We should not be working so hard to save energy. Saving energy allows government to pass oppressive and expensive laws which effectively control every aspect of your life in one way or another. They will decide if you can have light and then how much and when you can have it. They will decide how large your refrigerator will be if they allow you to own one at all. And they will decide how much air conditioning (if any) you will get in the summer and how much heat (if any) you will get in the winter. My advice -- buy a sweater.

The answer to an energy shortage is so much easier that saving energy anyway. Simply produce more energy. But not government. People. If more people had privately owned power sources all energy shortages would be solved. Power would flow cheaper and easier than it does now and no one could control your power usage except for you.

An average household could meet all its needs and more with solar and wind power if the government would allow it. We would be free from the grid, free from government control of our power usage amount, and free from someone else dictating the types of devices we could use.

A government is a dictatorship when it oppresses the people with ridiculous laws aimed at a problem the government itself created when a better, cheaper, and less oppressive solution is available. As long as government controls your energy they control you.

Consumer Safety = Consumer Oppression

As of February 10, 2009 you will no longer be able to buy used or inexpensive toys or clothing. Deseret Industries and the Salvation Army Thrift Stores are effectively dead. Watch for eBay sellers to be criminally prosecuted too. Civil penalties are $100,000 per violation with criminal fines also available. Violators can also expect up to five years in prison and forfeiture of their assets even if they were not aware of the violations.

The reason for this outrageous oppression is that the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act will be in place and bans the sale of anything that is for children that has not been extensively tested for lead. The ban includes even wood and other natural products that cannot possibly contain lead.

The only way to comply with the law is to test the products or target the products for adults. Expect your action figures to either cost ten times their current price, disappear completely, or to come with removable genitals to avoid the testing requirement.

Personally, I am really excited to see whether or not the LDS Church closes every Deseret Industries in the country or whether they operate in violation of this new law. My guess is that by February 10th there will be exceptions in place so the Church can avoid the issue but I will be watching closely either way.

I have said it before and I will say it again, the Constitution is not hanging by a thread. IT IS DEAD. The Emoluments Clause prevents Hillary from serving. Period. Congress justifies ignoring the Constitution on the grounds that they lowered Clinton's pay. That is not what the Constitution says. It completely bars her.

The Media love this blatant violation. Notice that the headline of the attached article redirects your attention from the illegality of the appointment to her salary amount. They totally gloss over the illegality of Congress' action. Then, in the text they call the Emoluments Clause "obscure" as if that somehow means it doesn't count.

Reagan refused to appoint Orrin Hatch to the Supreme Court based on the Emoluments Clause. He understood and upheld the Constitution. Plus, he probably knew Hatch was a power hungry bonehead, but I digress.

Apparently no one else cares about that irritating Constitution. Why don't we just burn the damn thing already? Its ashes won't have any less meaning that its now "obscure" and totally meaningless words.

Even Time Magazine admits that he did nothing and they cite that nothing as the reason for picking him. They said they selected Obama, "For having the confidence to sketch an ambitious future in a gloomy hour, and for showing the competence that makes Americans hopeful he might pull it off."

Unbelievable. They admit he didn't actually do anything but he is person of the year because he has "confidence" enough to dupe millions of Americans into believing in a plan he never discussed. All Obama did in 2008 was spew meaningless campaign slogans. He never once even attempted to explain what "change" he would bring to America or why any "change" was ever needed. He certainly never did anything to "show the competence" required to be President of this country.

Barack Obama won the election only because John McCain gave it to him. McCain was such a poor excuse for a candidate that Obama could not have lost -- yet he almost did anyway. And don't forget Obama is sort of black. His race and how he played the race card were also directly related to his victory. As he framed it, you were racist if you voted for anyone else and you were paying reparations if you voted for Obama. If Obama was not black he would have lost.

Seriously. Obama is person of the year because he successfully manipulated slightly more than 50% of American voters. He literally did nothing else. What about George Bush. He ended a genocide and saved tens of millions of people from extinction. Isn't that the kind of "change" that deserves person of the year? Time Magazine should have at least waited until Obama did something before handing him person of the year on a silver platter.

My prediction: Obama will be person of the year in 2009 and 2010 -- regardless of what he does or does not do.

Prius Worse for the Environment than a Hummer

Now, I hate Hummers and their drivers but only because those arrogant a-holes can't park in only one spot and drive the freeways at 90 MPH zipping in and out of cars and tailgating as if they are in a small sports car. I am also appalled at the sheer stupidity of buying something that one year later is worth only half as much. Hummer owners are idiots to say the least.

But, Prius owners are worse. Those pious, self-righteous a-holes deserve the same place in Hell as the Hummer owners. Their superior Earth-saving smugness makes them literally the stupidest people I have ever met. Does anyone really think that you can save the Earth by driving a car that is slightly more fuel-efficient than a regular car? Seriously? These are the same morons who buy carbon offsets. They simply want to feel like they are doing some good. Actually doing any good on the other hand is something they just simply can't be bothered with.

Really, does anyone actually still believe the Earth is even in any danger by humans? That is the ultimate arrogance. Even the bad guys in a James Bond movie with all their money and henchmen can't destroy the Earth. Colossal volcanoes, hurricanes, and earthquakes have only a miniscule impact on the Earth itself; does anyone really think that we can actually destroy the Earth by accident. Is anyone actually that ignorant?

If so, buy a Prius, but if you are even remotely intelligent you would never buy either a Hummer or a Prius. They are both over-priced ego boosters; replacements for a missing self worth. Anyone with even half a brain would avoid both and instead buy a car that is reliable, inexpensive, has low depreciation, and comfortable. Think Honda Civic or Accord for a proper car. Regardless of how you market the issue, no car will ever save or destroy the Earth.

Perspective on the Economy

Americans have no perspective. We seem to be unable to recognize our place in the world and how good it truly is.

We complain about 5% unemployment rates and a weaker economy as though it is complete doomsday. I don't see any zombies yet.

We act as though the slow housing markets will bring the world to an end. Are we serious? We would have to be stupid to expect only up and never any down?

Countries around he world bury thousands of their children every day due to starvation and we complain if the pizza delivery guy is five minutes late.

War levels entire cities and villages to the ground and we complain when our own homes' value drops a little. Lost value or not we still have shelter.

Inflation reaches the historically high levels in other countries essentially bankrupting entire nations and we whine like babies about high gas prices -- even after it drops back to $2.50 a gallon.

My wife and I once went to an authentic Ethiopian restaurant with a large group and the food they served us was absolutely horrible. Everyone else at the table complained about how bland, strange, and just awful the food was --except me and my wife who were more humbled by the experience than angry. Instead of complaining like the others, we politely ate as much as we could stomach and quietly discussed how the food we were barely able to swallow is considered a delicacy to most Ethiopians who never eat that well and live in such poverty that we cannot comprehend.

Most Americans have shelter, food, heat, clothing, medical care, and the other "necessities" in life like cell phones, flat screen televisions, portable game devices, Internet connections, Bluetooth headsets, and video game systems and it is still not enough. We still insist on buying new cars rather than used, spend three months salary on engagement rings, and spend money on daycare rather than parent our own children. Frankly, Americans are downright spoiled.

If America is truly the greatest country on Earth then we ought to act like it. We should be humble and grateful for what we have no matter how much or how little it may be. We should be if not sympathetic then at least empathetic toward others who are truly suffering whether from war, famine, disease, or some other actual affliction. True the economy is worse than it was a few years ago but with a little perspective we should all recognize that the world is not coming to an end and that we are still infinitely better off than most of the rest of the world. For now anyway.

6. Allow countries hostile to America to control domestic agendas.
7. Enact "fairness doctrine" laws to regulate criticism of the government or its policies.

21. Enact bans on military style firearm equipment such as folding or adjustable stocks, high capacity magazines, and bayonets.

Radical Homosexuals' War on the LDS Church will Backfire

The news has been reporting a rash of attacks on the LDS church in the last week following the elections. Mostly these attacks are childish vandals throwing rocks through windows and burning the Book of Mormon on the church doorstep. The last attack was white powder mailed to two LDS temples. Although it is still not released I am sure the white powder will not be Anthrax but will end up being something harmless. The temples shut down for a time while the police investigated these events just as the temple shut down during the homosexual riots in San Diego. Police have not yet said that these cowardly acts are connected to the recent vote on Proposition 8 in California where Californians voted that marriage was solely between a man and woman.

Despite the reluctance of police to state the obvious these attacks are clearly related to the Proposition 8 vote. Radical homosexuals are mad and have declared war on the LDS church. This is a war they will not win. The LDS church is no stranger to persecution, mob violence, and even attempted genocide. What these radical homosexuals can do pales in comparison with what the church has already endured. The church will simply fix the broken windows and will continue on normally regardless of the childish and cowardly terrorist acts by these radical homosexual groups. Yes, I realize broken windows are not terrorist acts but white powder is an act of terror. I also read that radical homosexual groups have actually disrupted church meetings in other religious denominations. Try that in my church.

These terrorist attacks will backfire on the radical homosexuals. I for one gave nothing to support Proposition 8. Frankly, I had heard very little about it until a day or two before the election. Now, thanks to these attacks I will stay aware and if the issue ever arises again -- which it certainly will -- I will send money and I will actively fight for the protection of marriage. Many others agree with me and will fight this war with their votes, time, and money. The next time such a vote arises, the monetary donations from LDS members will be triple what it was this time. Mark my words on that one. Much to the chagrin of the radical homosexuals, their cowardly attacks have caused them far more damage than they have caused the LDS church.

What the radical homosexuals need to do is take a lesson from the LDS church; love one another. These people need good role models that can teach them to love rather than hate. To help rather than hurt others. Really, would Will and Grace burn a Book of Mormon on the steps of a church? I think not.

One final point. The homosexual community does not want equality; they want special privileges. Marriage is equal now. No man can marry another man and no woman can marry another woman. Sexual preference has nothing to do with it. If the real goal was equality the game is over; they already have it.

Suicide Permits

Gun control is stupid.

Criminals will use a gun when they rape or rob you and because they are RAPING AND ROBBING YOU they will not care whether or not the gun they use is illegal. Duh.

Obama and the gun control morons want gun owners to register their guns and get government issued licenses to own those guns. Their rationale is that such a ludicrous scheme will somehow lower violent crime rates even though criminals will never subject themselves to registrations or licensing. Duh.

If the gun control rationale was even remotely valid then the government should start requiring government issued suicide permits for anyone wanting to commit suicide. Surely no one would ever kill themselves without first obtaining the permit. And waiting a few weeks and paying a few hundred dollars for the permit also seems like a reasonable restriction. Imagine all the lives we could save by controlling people so closely.

No, suicidal people will not wait for government permission nor will they pay a fee for the right to kill themselves just like criminals will never register themselves or their guns. Duh.

Career Criminal Thanks America

Open Letter to America from a Career Criminal :

Thank you America for electing President Obama. President Obama promised to save the world. I don't know much about that but I know he will save me --the career criminal.

Forget taxes, health care, and energy. Obama will sign new laws into place that will increase my income ten-fold -- TAX FREE.

Obama will enact laws that ban almost all firearms legally owned today. He will also require gun owners obtain a license to continue owning any guns not banned. At the same time, gun owners will be required to register each firearm they own. Obama will also increase taxes on firearms by at least 500%.

By enacting these laws Obama will provide me --a career criminal-- with a very large pool of victims. First, many Americans will actually allow the government to ban and confiscate their firearms. For those guns that are still legal, the tax increase will make them far too expensive for any poor people to afford. These defenseless people will be my primary victims. Since they will be unarmed they will be unable to defend themselves against me --the career criminal-- who will certainly not give any of my guns away.

For other victims I will send out fake firearm registration forms which people will fill out and return to me thinking they are official forms. I may go door to door also. My second baby's mama works with the Sheriffs department and she can get actual lists of registered owners and firearms for me if needed. Breaking into those homes will provide me a great source of guns to sell on the black market. And, thanks to the 500% tax increase the black market price of my stolen guns just skyrocketed.

The best part is that once Obama successfully bans guns I can steal them without any possible criminal penalties. A person keeping a banned gun illegally can't call the police about the theft or he will be criminally prosecuted too. And he can't shoot me for the same reason. I can walk into any home with banned guns (I have a list remember) and can do anything I want without any fear at all. Rape, murder, and robbery are mostly what I do. And black market prices will go even higher with a ban than with the tax increase.

All this free rape, murder, and robbery is not just easy thanks to Obama; it as all tax free to me --the career criminal!!! These new policies will make me even more money than my welfare and disability payments combined.
